Anto Team ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.anto.io (the "Service", "Anto", or "Anto.io"). This page informs you of our terms regarding the limitation, responsibility, liability.
By accessing our service (the "Site", which shall include all Content and Services, as defined below), you (personally, or if you access the Site on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, then collectively, you and such entity) agree to become bound by all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use ("Terms", which shall include the Pricing Terms, as defined below, and the License Options Specifications and Anto Licensing, in effect at the time of your purchase, if applicable). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the Site.
However, if you have a formal written agreement by Anto (Mostly Business/Enterprise account) this Terms of Service will be changed according to the formal written agreement.
Information/Content: any information or data that you send, upload, submit, post, create, transmit, store or display in an Anto Service.
Personal Information: information that may be used to readily identify or contact you as an individual person, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. Personal Information does not include information that has been anonymized such that it does not allow for the ready identification of specific individuals.
Anto’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Anto can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
We will provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can contact our support team.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Anto has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Anto shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service privately to you. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Our service may imposes a limit to prevent excessive load and resources sharing on the service for another person in platform such as request rate limit, maximum number of resources which you can use. If you exceed this limit, a notice will be sent to you on our website or account control panel. We may suspend or terminate your account if you are not acknowledge the notice or your account has too many exceed the limit.
Anto gives you an open license to use, copy, modify, and/or distribute the Client Library for any purpose with or without fee. License to use the Client Library is governed by the ISC/MIT license (depend on each library).
You acknowledge that we may modify, update, deprecate or release Client Library from time to time, and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your Applications are compatible with then-current version of Client Library. We will use reasonable efforts to attempt to inform you of any changes so you can adjust your Application, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Open source software licenses for components of the Service released under an open source license constitute separate written agreements. To the limited extent that the open source software licenses expressly supersede these Terms, the open source licenses govern your agreement with Anto for the use of the components of the Service released under an open source license.
Anto claims no ownership or control over any Content or Application. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in the Content and/or Application, and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying the Content on or through the Service you give Anto a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such Content for the sole purpose of enabling Anto to provide you with the Service in accordance with its privacy policy. Furthermore, by creating an Application through use of the Service, you give Anto a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such Application for the sole purpose of enabling Anto to provide you with the Service in accordance with its privacy policy.
You agree that Anto, in its sole discretion, may use your trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports and Web site listings (including links to your website) for the purpose of advertising or publicizing your use of the Service.
The Software and APIs which you use may be changed and automatically download/install/apply updates from time to time from Anto. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Service and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Anto to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Service. These updates may be delivered without prior notice.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Anto may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTO, AND ANTO’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ANTO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN). IN ALL CASES, ANTO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anto, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners (the "Anto Parties") from and against any and all loss, expenses, damages, and costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees, resulting, whether directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this agreement or the Terms. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Anto Parties from and against any and all claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of any of the Services and the content you make available via any of the Anto Parties by any means, including without limitation through a posting, a link, reference to content, or otherwise.
We may change this Terms of Service from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms of Service on this website. We will provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a notice on the login screens, or by sending you an email notification). We encourage you to review our Terms of Service whenever you use our services to stay informed about our usage agreement and the ways you manage your resources.
If you disagree with this Terms of Service, you will need to stop using our services and deactivate your account(s) by contact our support team.
